Nicole Brickley

Since joining Elevation Dermatology in early 2023, Nicole has served as Dr Kalani-Williams’ Lead Medical Assistant. She is grateful for the trust and close partnership they have developed over the years and enjoys supporting Dr. Kalani in providing thoughtful, compassionate care to their patients. Nicole’s reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment make her an asset to the team. She is always eager to take on new challenges and has trained several team members, becoming a trusted clinical resource for providers and staff alike.

One of the most rewarding parts of Nicole’s role is seeing patients return to the office feeling happier, healthier, and more confident in their skin following treatment. She values building lasting relationships with patients and always looks forward to seeing familiar faces. Before joining Elevation Dermatology, Nicole spent more than five years working in an outpatient PT clinic, helping patients recover from work related and sports injuries. This experience gave her a strong foundation in patient care, organization, and adapting to the demands of a busy clinical environment.

A Colorado native, Nicole enjoys attending live concerts, cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, and spending time with her husband. Together, they enjoy collecting and playing video games, exploring new restaurants, and trying different foods and craft drinks. She also loves relaxing at home with their corgi, Scout, and making time for the people and activities that bring her the most joy outside of work.
